Failure to do so may result in removal.

5. Ownership & Contribution

• Contributions to projects may be linked to ownership/stake, subject to internal evaluation
• Final decisions on ownership distribution remain with RezonateX

6. Intellectual Property

• Project code, assets, and content are part of collaborative work
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or misuse is prohibited

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Misrepresent your work
• Disrupt team collaboration
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

RezonateX does not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Income or financial returns
• Startup success

9. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data
